The office will remain closed to the public for walk-ins without an appointment, but you may schedule an appointment with your property manager if necessary. Otherwise our team will continue to provide support via your portal, phone, email, and text.

RENT PAYMENTS
We are only accepting online rent payments to minimize exposure to COVID-19. Most of our Tenants already pay online at www.titanrei.com/resident-portal

Payslip at 7-Eleven, ACE Cash Advance, and CVS stores (Third Party Fee of $3.99 per $1,500). Payslip can be accessed through the Tenant portal and scanned on phone or printed.

SCHEDULING INSPECTIONS & MAINTENANCE

We are requesting that tenants let property managers know if anyone in their household has contracted the virus so that outside vendors and staff don’t enter the property to perform maintenance work or inspections if someone is or has been ill.

If you become ill after scheduling an appointment please notify your property manager as soon as possible so they can reschedule for everyone’s safety.
MOVE-OUT PROCEDURE

Make sure the property was professionally cleaned and a receipt provided to the property manager by email or with keys.

Drop keys through front door mailslot prior to 5:00 PM on the final day of your Tenancy.

Titan will perform Move-out inspection documenting move-out condition with photos.

Any cleaning and repairs required will be performed.

An itemized security deposit disposition will be mailed with your refund within 21 Days. If any Tenant responsible repairs or cleaning, copies of invoices will be included for reference.
